Dr. William S. Cook, Jr., M.D.
Psychiatrist
Dr. William S. Cook is a geriatric psychiatrist and Medical Director at Merit Health Natchez, Mississippi. He also has a private practice in Jackson, Mississippi serving patients worldwide.
Born in Jackson, Bill is a graduate of Wheaton College (IL) where he majored in biology. He returned home to Jackson, Mississippi to complete his medical school training at the University of Mississippi Medical School. He completed a flexible internship at Framingham Union Hospital in Framingham, Massachusetts, focusing on internal medicine. While pursuing an aspiration of being a dermatologist, Dr. Cook completed a year of pathology residency training at the Mallory Institute of Pathology at Boston City Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. He then completed a National Institute of Health fellowship in dermatology at the University of California in San Francisco. Dr. Cook worked in emergency medicine in both California and Mississippi. He went back to school to complete his residency training in psychiatry at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi, where he served as chief resident during his senior year. He received the Jaquith Award for most outstanding resident his senior year. He then completed a fellowship in Public Psychiatry at Columbia University in New York along with a fellowship specializing in sexuality at Bellevue Hospital (NYU School of Medicine) in New York.
Dr. Cook has been a psychiatrist for the past 20 years.

Grant D. Fairley
Seminar Speaker & Executive Coach
Grant D. Fairley is an executive coach, seminar speaker, author and inventor. His wide-ranging experiences as an executive in the financial industry, technology, healthcare and as a corporate consultant allows him to bring a broad perspective to his presentations, coaching and writing.
One of his gifts is that of a story teller who can both motivate and engage others with a new way of seeing their business and life. He is the author of a number of books, a presenter on BlogTalk Radio and an inventor of a patented healthcare technology. He continues to be actively involved in charitable organizations as well.
Grant is a graduate of Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois. He and his wife Cari live in Ontario, Canada.
